The park follows the theme of "Exploring wine history, appreciating wine charm, and savouring wine aroma". It comprises three major venues: the Wine History Hall, the Wine Charm Hall and the Wine Culture Hall. These connect nine distinctive cultural landmarks, including the Cup of Suqian, Wine-making Garden, Poetry and Wine Corridor, and the Dream of Wine City Sculpture.

Through immersive exhibitions, interactive experiences and exquisite garden landscapes, the park comprehensively showcases the millennia‑old heritage and contemporary charm of Suqian, the Capital of Chinese Wine. It stands as a new urban cultural and tourism landmark, integrating cultural display, ecological leisure and scenic sightseeing.
